The Countdown Begins

This is just the beginning of what I hope will be an ongoing account of my phased retirement. Polley and I are still two and a half months from leaving for Mexico, but, obviously, thoughts about those months are with me now. There is, of course, a great deal to be done with the house, but even with that, my mind keeps wandering ahead to the warm weather, the sun and the beach.
