Friends and Family,
Just thought I would check in with a brief update on Polley. Up until now, there has been little change, but with the advent of physical therapy, some progress is being made. Upon returning from PT last Friday, Polley threw aside her walker in favor of a single crutch
She seems to be doing great. Sorrysunday the lighting is not very flattering. Believe me, she looks better than this! She has even gotten out a bit. Sunday we ventured to a housewarming party at Jeff Gauthier and Noelle Guest's over in St. John's. Polley manged to negotiate about 10 steps, both going up and down. She is getting stronger each day and we are expecting positive results from a doctor's visit on July 8th. Otherwise, it has been lots of books and a few BBC series to keep us entertained. Many thanks to all who have expressed good wishes and who have stopped by for a visit.
